I have absolutely no words to describe how I’m feeling. I’m grateful for having all of you by my side, making myself proud of what I’ve achieved and reaching the biggest milestone in my entire life. Copenhagen marathon was the best debut I could have ever asked for. I genuinely could nowt believe my eyes, when I crossed the finish line. Now I’m giving the legs a break, fully recharging and taking it all in. I’ll cherish this moment for the rest of my life ❤
Congratulations. This time next year you will get your next big award. RUclips will give you one of those giant RUclips awards saying you have ONE MILLION subscribers.
I got emotional just watching this, possibly because I can relate to the emotional feeling you get when you finish a marathon. That is an amazing result for your first marathon & with so little experience. Yes you are now officially a "marathoner". You will just get better & better from here. I can't wait to follow your journey.
an incredible achievement, the smile on your face during the race was everything!! i'm so proud of you, thank you for bringing us with you on this journey 🤍
congrats Katharina, I am so proud of you! this video is filled with warmth and my heart is full - you're truly an inspiration! it was wonderful to see the happiness and support all around - your dad's smile with the pre-race pics was sweet! have an amazing time in Japan ✨🍣

so incredibly proud of you ! Seeing your journey was truly a gift and I cannot thank you enough for taking us throught it with you. You're glowing ! You really inspire me, I'm glad you're on this planet. Take care !
An absolutely amazing accompishment. Your finish time was fantastic for your first. You will remember this race for all time. You looked strong at the 35Km live stream, so I knew you would have a great finish. The finish line was a sea of humanity so I was not able to watch you finish. Although you just barely missed a Boston qualifier, now you have something to shoot for at your next race. Congrats again 🙂
WOHOOO!!! 🎉🎉 Got tears in my eyes when you completed the race 🫶🥹 beyond words to describe, you are incredible and what a journey you have made!! As someone that also struggled with food in the past, the difference in my running performance is insane now when I eat enough, and I believe you to be a big part of that ❤️ you made me fall in love with running, like I reaaally love it atm (and I used to do it as a torture, it was awful) Thanks a hundred times and congratulations , YOU SMASHED IT!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you SO MUCH!! You have no idea how much you made me smile, reading this comment. I am so happy - and proud of you too. Thank you for telling me, you've come such a long way! Keep going, you're strong af!!🔥🔥
Congratulations Katharina!🥇 This is such an amazing accomplishment, and you absolutely crushed it!🫶🏼 Thank you for sharing this with us! You keep inspiring every day!❤️
Hello, your video was recommended to me, probably because I was running this marathon myself for the first time. Firstly I want to congratulate your on your debut, waow what an absolute fenominal time and pace, average pace of 5 min / km is very good! Secondly I also want to pay my respects for the several months that you prepared for this moment, If one does not set themselves a goal to run a marathon, they might not know how disciplined and consistent you have to be on top of all the adversity you might face during this time! I ran my first marathon in 4 hours and 39 minutes, 6:37 min / km. I feel like if I had stretched properly and chosen a better startgroup than the last group, I would definitely have gotten a better time, at 21 km my left leg began to bother me, i began having cramps and then my right leg and then at 33 km both legs began cramping, but I did not stop once and ran through the pain, but I could only run slowly otherwise I would not have made it in a decent pace. I think my time is okay since it was my first marathon, next year I will try my best in training to have a much better pace. My new PR goal is to run a marathon in 3:31 hours in a 05:00 min / km pace. How was your run overall? Was the last 13 km hard for you too?
Thank you SO much. I'm posting a new video today in which I explain how I felt throughout the race - and when I hit *the wall*. It should be live by the time you watch this comment :)
YOUR SO INSPIRATIONAL!! I really look up to you ❤ compared to what youve been through and look at where you are now 🫶🏻 We’re all so proud of you, you are my rolemodel
it's a lot easier to run a marathon and in a good time when you weigh as light as you do. but still, it takes a lot of preperation in terms of running and nutrition. so well done, all my respect!
Believe me, I would run faster, for longer and be stronger if I weighed more - so that's what I plan to show you. There's no *direct* correlation between a low weight and running an 'easy' marathon, taking everything into consideration - but thank you! :)
@@katharinaschneiderr ok, in boxing, when you have more muscles and weight more you “gas out” (lactate) quicker, muscles requires oxygen and when running, the more you weight the tougher it is for your body to absorb. in your case, with such low eight and not many muscles, so for you it makes sense to do more strength and gain speed that way. so it makes sense. good plan. also, I hope you took no offense, what you did is amazing, nothing but love and respect here.
What a lovely and well deserved end to this series. What an effort you put in, but seeing you´re reaction so worth it. Wish you a wonderfull time in Japan! Hope you did not get to sore the days after...And ofcourse congratiolatians.
WOOHOO CONGRATS! So inspiring watching this pumped me up to go run lol. The music was great I didn't know they play music during marathons but it really amped up the energy. Like how they call you "cat-ah" as a nickname never would have guessed that!
Congratulations unbelievable time! 💪 I was on course for around the same time but I got injured 3 weeks out before the CPH marathon! I had to run on one leg but got it done 😤
I literally cried when you finished, wtf XD. You looked so fresh and relaxed at the end, that was amazing. And somehow this video gave me feeling that I will be able to finish half-marathon in Nairobi in October (wtf x 2 :D). Big congrats and hugs from the other side of the world!
Where did you put your smartphone during the run? Is it possible to put it in the vest? I am looking for a solution for myself 😅 Would be so happy to get your feedback ❤
løb også københavn marthon i søndags det var super fedt fik en tid på 3:21,30 for mit første marthon men det var også bare en mega fed oplevse vejret var pefekt og humøret var i top
